Key Commission Terms
Clear rules. Clean economics.
Paid on revenue actually received
Commission is calculated only on subscription revenue actually paid and retained by RiskOnyx. The same percentage applies whether the customer pays monthly or annually.
12-month earning window
The commission window starts on the customer’s first paid subscription date and runs for 12 consecutive months. The clock does not pause or reset.
If a customer lapses, commission stops
If a customer pays for only 11 of the first 12 months, commission is earned only on those 11 paid months. Unpaid periods, failed payments, and inactive periods do not generate commission.
Quarterly payouts after validation
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid quarterly, after payment validation and any applicable refund or chargeback review period.
Refunds and reversals excluded
Free trials, refunded transactions, chargebacks, disputed payments, taxes, and unpaid invoices do not qualify. Commission may be reduced or clawed back where the related customer payment is reversed.
90-day attribution window
A referred prospect must become a paying customer within 90 days of the original referral to be attributed to the affiliate, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
